Our business was founded by James White and Lord Sugar and was launched with four university friends. Whilst we have now grown, we still retain the values of friendship and trust, we were built on and continue to do business with the same mind set.

We add value by being different. We take the time to properly understand both our candidates and our clients, as well as the markets in which we operate in. We deliver market leading training to our Consultants, whom are individually upskilled by our industry partners and in-house experts.
